開湯930年の赤湯温泉は、上杉家ゆかりの御殿湯として栄えた歴史ある湯治場。温泉街には6つのワイナリーがあり、試飲も楽しめる。桜の名所・烏帽子山公園や、赤湯辛味噌ラーメンなど街歩きも充実。湯・食・酒が揃う贅沢な旅へ。
