備瀬のフクギ並木は、沖縄本部町にある全長約1kmの緑のトンネル。数百本のフクギ（福木）が立ち並び、木漏れ日が差し込む幻想的な空間が広がります。もともとは防風林として植えられたこの並木道は、今では「沖縄の原風景」として人気の観光スポット。徒歩やレンタサイクル、水牛車でのんびりと散策でき、途中には「夫婦福木」などのパワースポットや、海と伊江島を望む絶景ポイントも。美ら海水族館からも近く、自然と歴史、癒しを感じられる特別な場所です。

Fukugi Tree Line in Bise Village is a serene, tree-lined path in northern Okinawa, often called “the most beautiful road in Okinawa.” Stretching about 1 km along the coast, it’s shaded by tall, lush Fukugi trees planted over a century ago to protect the village from typhoons. The dappled sunlight filtering through the dense green canopy creates a peaceful, almost mystical atmosphere. Visitors can stroll or rent a bicycle to explore the tranquil path, which leads to Bisezaki Cape with views of Iejima Island. It’s a perfect escape to experience Okinawa’s natural beauty and timeless charm.
