In contrast to Kinkakuji Temple, the temple grounds exude a sense of wabi-sabi beauty, with unique sand gardens such as Ginsanda and Kogetsudai, allowing you to feel the beauty in the silence. The view from the observation deck and a stroll along the Philosopher’s Path are also recommended.
