JR最寄駅（南部町周辺の駅）下車 タクシー約10分。駅からはタクシーで展望台入口まで行くと便利。展望台と川土手を結ぶ遊歩道が整備されている。 / Get off at the nearest JR station (a station near Nanbu-cho) and take a taxi for about 10 minutes. It's convenient to take a taxi from the station to the entrance of the observation deck. There is a walking path connecting the observation deck and the riverbank. |

路線バス「城山公園前」下車 徒歩約5分。降車後は案内標識に従い展望台方面へ。日中は本数あり、早朝夜間は本数少なめ。 / Take the local bus and get off at "Shiroyama Park Mae" bus stop. It's about a 5-minute walk from there. After getting off, follow the signs towards the observation deck. There are many buses during the day, but fewer in the early morning and late at night. |
