An observation deck with a panoramic view of the Tokachi Plain from an altitude of 644m. On a clear day, you can see a vast panorama that stretches all the way to the city of Obihiro. This historic scenic spot was selected as one of the “New Eight Views of Japan” in 1927, and is also a great place to take a break during a drive. It’s a place where you can feel the expanse of the sky and earth.
