兼六園は、日本三名園のひとつとして知られる歴史ある大名庭園です。江戸時代に加賀藩前田家によって造られ、広大な敷地には池泉回遊式庭園の美しさが広がります。春には桜、夏には新緑、秋には紅葉、冬には雪吊りと、四季折々の風景が楽しめるのが魅力です。特に霞ヶ池と徽軫灯籠（ことじとうろう）は、兼六園を象徴する景観として人気があります。庭園内には茶室や歴史的建造物も点在し、日本の伝統美と文化を感じることができます。金沢城と隣接しており、城下町の風情とともに散策を楽しめるのも魅力のひとつです。訪れるたびに異なる表情を見せる、日本庭園の粋を集めた名園です。

Kenrokuen Garden is one of Japan’s Three Great Gardens, renowned for its historical significance and breathtaking beauty. Originally built by the Maeda Clan during the Edo period, this strolling-style landscape garden spans a vast area, showcasing harmony between nature and traditional Japanese aesthetics.

Each season brings a unique charm—cherry blossoms in spring, lush greenery in summer, vibrant autumn foliage, and the iconic yukitsuri (snow protection ropes) in winter. Among its most famous landmarks are Kasumigaike Pond and the Kotoji Lantern, both representing the essence of Kenrokuen’s elegance.

The garden also features tea houses and historic structures, offering visitors a glimpse into Japan’s rich cultural heritage. Located next to Kanazawa Castle, Kenrokuen provides a perfect setting for a leisurely stroll through the historic castle town. With its ever-changing seasonal beauty, it remains a masterpiece of Japanese garden design.

開園150周年、日本三名園の一つ。江戸時代の代表的な大名庭園として、加賀歴代藩主により、長い歳月をかけて形づくられてきました。金沢市の中心部に位置し、四季折々の美しさを楽しめる庭園として、多くの県民や世界各国の観光客に親しまれています。

入園料：大人（18歳以上）320円、小人（6歳～18歳未満）100円
3月1日～10月15日 7:00～18:00 （最終入園 17:30） 10月16日～2月末日 8:00～17:00 （最終入園 16:30）
兼六駐車場：普通車480台・バス40台（最初の1時間350円、超過30分毎150円）
石引駐車場：普通車403台（最初の1時間まで30分毎100円、以降超過1時間毎100円）
