参道のもみじトンネルが圧巻。穴場的名所
参道を彩るもみじのトンネルが圧巻。明智光秀ゆかりの寺としても知られ、歴史の余韻と紅葉の美が交差する。境内の高台からは琵琶湖を一望でき、秋風とともに深呼吸したくなる絶景が広がる。
The maple tunnel on the approach to the shrine is a spectacular sight.
The highlight is the tunnel of maple leaves that decorates the approach to the temple. Known as a temple associated with Akechi Mitsuhide, the temple combines the lingering echoes of history with the beauty of autumn leaves. From the elevated area within the temple grounds, you can get a panoramic view of Lake Biwa, and the autumn breeze will make you want to take a deep breath.
