Sugamo Jizo-dori Shopping Street, affectionately known as “Grandma’s Harajuku,” is a soothing town where nostalgia and modernity coexist. Every fourth day of the month is a festival day, and a stroll through the pedestrianized streets will soothe your mind and body.
