The promenade is well-maintained and perfect for jogging or cycling. The cherry blossoms reflected on the water and the river breeze are pleasant, and it&#8217;s also nice to relax on a bench and spend some time there. It&#8217;s a place of relaxation for locals, and because it&#8217;s not crowded, you can enjoy cherry blossom viewing in
